WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

 

We offer packages and preferred vendors to match any occasion - showers, celebration of life, working continental breakfast / lunch, full day conferences, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and retirement celebrations.  Each package is fully customizable to provide you with exactly what you are looking for. Please get in touch with our Event Consultant for more information.

DO YOU HAVE AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT?

 

Yes! The equipment we have available includes a projector, flip chart, microphone, speaker / speaker system, smart TVs, wireless printer, photocopier, scanner. If you require additional equipment, we would be happy to arrange it with one of our preferred vendors. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the facility.

DO YOU HAVE RENTALS AVAILABLE?

 

We provide you with tables and chairs for up to 120 guests (8 foot rectangles and a sturdy plastic bucket chair). We also have available place settings, coffee / tea, water, and wine glasses for 120. If you require further seating and / or rentals, arrangements will be made for you with our preferred vendors.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SET UP AN EVENT THE DAY PRIOR TO OUR BOOKING?

 

Absolutely! As long as the space is not in use prior to your event, we would be happy to have it set up for you for a nominal fee.
